Manager was extremely nice. Bed was OK.
Manager was extremely nice. Bed was OK. Air conditioner was OK. TV was OK. Furniture was awful. Everything chrome plate or painted in the bathroom was rusted beyond belief. Toilet was good. Shower was passable, barely. Closed was like walking into a dungeon with no lighting.

This is a good place to stay if you need to stop in Ballinger. The room was very clean. Much cleaner than at some hotel chains I've been to. This is only because of the owner and his dedication to making his hotel a good place. You can tell he cares. I did find it very nice to have Dish TV in the room along with the microwave and fridge.

Inn is right off the highway. $73 fee & absolutely no amenities. Definitely a good training site for living in an apocalyptic disaster
If you close your eyes & sleep, you'll never know you're in a craphole hotel
