My family and I love this cabin, it is clean and well equipped, there are 2 rooms and a bathroom upstairs, a living room and dining table downstairs, the living room has a gas fireplace, and a bathroom with a shower room. It was quiet at night and the bed was very comfortable.

I recently stayed at the Vintage Lakeside Inn, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. Despite being a bit farther away from Big Bear City Skiing Center, the price-to-value ratio is excellent, offering fantastic amenities for the cost. The cozy atmosphere of the hotel made me feel right at home, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. What truly made my stay memorable, however, was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. They were incredibly helpful and kind, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay. Overall, I highly recommend the Vintage Lakeside Inn for its great value, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding customer service, despite its distance from Big Bear City Skiing Center.

Loved that the room had a view of the lake, making it so peaceful and relaxing, also the room was very cleaned but mostly loved that the property is right in front of the lake with easy access into the lake waters. Liked that the property is located very close to the village town.

We are regular visitors to the mountains, only live 50 miles away, easy to get to for us. Prefer off season, not crowded, plenty of local hiking trails, we take dogs, pet friendly accommodation readily available. Plenty of local restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets.

If you want boat trips, kayaking, etc. you can do that,They are building new businesses in town, so it is an upcoming area. There is a small zoo right in town, we didn't have the opportunity to go there. Of course, in the winter there is skiing.

We visited in summer and it was a great time to enjoy the place for hiking, biking and great restaurants. The Village is a great place to spend time visiting shops and taking in the relaxed pace of life. I think the place will be more crowded in winter, but I prefer the summers.

The Big Bear Lake area has a lot to offer.

The Big Bear Lake area has a lot to offer. We happened to stay the weekend of a big cycling race, but were there primarily for fishing. Beyond the outdoors activities, I was surprised to see so many other things to do. There is a nice, albeit touristy centralized area near the rental properties that is within walking distance. We also enjoyed shopping in the local community. Although we visited during the summer, I'd happily return during the winter. Next time however, I'd stay at a different rental cabin.

Beautiful location and sights... beware of [planned] power outages during summer months which affect the WHOLE town! Can't use the kitchen, and can't go anywhere else to eat either! Also a big concern for electric-car drivers!!!

The location on the edge of the lake was amazing, especially the beach area. We were very lucky to have a room on the 1st floor looking out onto the beach. Everywhere was extremely clean and modern looking and the staff were very friendly. This was definitley value for money considering what we paid. We especially liked the firepit being lit which allowed us to stay out in the evening and enjoy the area. Hotel is in a great place to be able to wander around big bear village.

Last minute booking for a good deal. The fireplace was nice and I enjoyed the little kitchenette. Beds were comfy and check in/check out was easy. Room was large which isn't the most important thing to me but was nice. Liked the soaps and lotion provided. Because our trip was short, we didn't get a chance to utilize the little common space in the main lodge but had we stayed there for more than a couple of nights I likely would have used it.

I thought what I got for the price was great. I loved the look of the units and how they are all separate. The location is good - not far from Big Bear Lake and the Village. There’s a mini-market/liquor store almost across the street, so I was able to get ingredients to make my own meals. The kitchen was very handy. The staff person I spoke to on the phone was friendly and helpful.

Everything was excellent, the people, the place, the location, until the last night, where in the couple's room a couple behaved very badly, in a family hotel, that worried me and my wife, they made noise all the time. night, and no one from the hotel told them anything
