The place is clean, with everything needed. The only sad thing was the shower, it was super weak, but we stayed for 2 nights and it was fine. I’m sure if we would contact front desk they would provide us another room.

Booked a King Studio Suite for a stay of 5 weeks totally. The room was incl a kitchen with all you need. A perfect bed so you are like new the next morning. The bathroom was in 2 parts, incl shower with Bath. Because I was leaving early every day I didn't take a breakfast only on the sunday and that was ok, the coffee was perfect. The room was cleaned very often.Enough parking lots available, a perfect staff and always friendly. In the direct area is a big supermarket and some very good restaurants.

I highly recommend this business, because Ms. Kamari Robinson customer service is second to none. Her product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. I was completely impressed with Ms. Kamari's professionalism and customer service. The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable. This is my go-to place for Hampton Inn by Hilton in Columbia, MD being the best in town. Ms. Kamari's is not only friendly but also highly skilled. Pricing is fair and transparent - value for money. Efficiency and punctuality are hallmarks of Ms. Kamari's service.     Columbia is located perfectly, depending in traffic, you can be in Washington D.C., Baltimore, or Annapolis in a short time. The city itself is quiet and not congested at all. Plus the variety of dinner experiences is very enjoyable. I haven't had even a mediocre meal let a lone a bad one in all my visits over the years.

    The mass transportation to the hotel area is a problem.

    The mass transportation to the hotel area is a problem. There needs to be cooperation between the stores, restaurants and hotels to run a shuttle from airport to the shopping area and run the shuttle until 10pm. From Thursday to Sunday and that would make your hotel more convenient and attractive.

    There was a show at Merriweather Post Pavilion the same night we were there, so traffic was kind of busy. Also, work on the highway was an issue. We really enjoyed the show and food at Toby's Dinner Theater.

    what i like the most was the restaurant choices. there is an olive garden, bob evans and an indian restaurant literally next door. there is also a shopping center with restaurants and shopping across the main road. we ate at a place called the silver diner that was in that shopping center. there is a costco, aldi's, royal farm, lowes, trader joe's and other stores in the shopping plaza. there is also a walmart less than 5 miles away on dobbin rd, along with other shopping plazas.

    This hotel was absolutely terrible. The floors were dirty. There were no dishes in the kitchen, the toilet leaked, there was no lighting, except for one lamp, it smells like dog, it was very outdated and dismal. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until they refurbish it and re-renovate it. It was not worth the money that I paid. In fact I need a refund.

    I liked That the hotel

    I liked That the hotel was near lots of different restaurants and places to shop and visit , what didn't like us that I booked a room with balcony and was looking forward to enjoying the lush greenery surrounding the area but was told it was upon availability, I believe I was charged accordingly, because I wanted a balcony, this was my 25 anniversary, I can't fly so we decided to drive from the city to Columbia , it's also too hot outside fur a heated pool and ended up getting a rash because of poor water temperature and cleanliness of the pool it summer time why have hot water in a community pool we are still dealing with COVID and other bacteria, I got out immediately when I realized the water was hot I'm a wheelchair patient that was not healthy ..

    The staff exceeded all of my expectations. Kamari, Tatiyana, Naoimi, Kristy, Candace, Myarim, and Shanel were all so friendly and provided nothing but excellent customer service. I see why this hotel is always in high demand and quick to sell out in the Columbia North location
