Nothing was great! Two tissues in the box. No breakfast.

Nothing was great! Two tissues in the box. No breakfast. All vending drink machines were sold out. Ice machine out of order. Clogged toilet The restaurant food for dinner was delicious and the young lady was amazing. I will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN

Preplanned itinerary is key since many attractions are open limited days and/or hours. However, with a little planning and calling perhaps, you can have a wonderful time taking in the nearby sites. For example, vineyards may want a reservation but will accommodate walk-ins for tastings; prices also vary. Go early to avoid crowds at Watkins Glen State Park and avoid if you don't want to do many steps which may be wet. Corning and Elmira have museums (like the Rockefeller) to stay cool or Eldridge Park for a carousel ride and miniature golf outdoors! Plus there's Mark Twain's grave and study. It's a wonderful area to relax!

We travel on motorcycles and when we arrived we were all very wet from a bad rain. The person on the desk let us give him all of our wet clothing and he dried it for us in the hotel dryer at no charge. That was really great.

Breakfast was supposed to be included in the price but it was not. Hotel staff blamed booking .com for this so we didn't have any breakfast there
