Our trip to St. Louis wasn't a part of the plan, so we knew absolutely nothing about the city when we arrived. Which is okay if you stay at this hotel. It's next to the main city's attraction. Some rooms have a view directly at it. You basically can go to the Arch, to a restaurant nearby, sleep in a very comfortable bed and leave. The district looks safe. The hotel is a serious business level accommodation, so it's close to perfect. And at a very responsible price (we were surprised).

    The facility demanded I pay an additional $150 upfront for incidentals which was never stated in the booking. They wouldn’t return my booking and told me I could only get a refund from booking.com. I connected booking.com and they said that the hotel had to refund me and sent a request for my refund and I never heard back from either hotel or booking.com

    The owners/staff at the hotel are so friendly and nice. Hotel is off the beaten path and hidden, but the rate and comfort of the room was perfect. Wish it was a little closer to St Louis, but that is why they are inexpensive.

    The location of the hotel from our planned event was less than 5 miles and extremely easy to access. Their is a gas station that is right across the parking lot if you need a small something for the time being.

    The Hotel Royal Relax Inn is a very bad hotel. Dirty lobby, dirty everywhere, plexiglass lobby, looks very shabby and ugly. Also, it is in a very bad location. This hotel is Trash!!!
