Fergus Falls is a great place to visit, my mother has lived there for 24+ years and I always enjoy visiting. Most people out and about are friendly, especially when they hear you are a visitor. It has scenic beauty at certain times of year and is centrally located to other nearby towns. The perfect place for a getaway.Guest review byRon - 8.0
Late night dining in Fergus Falls is virtually non-existent.
Late night dining in Fergus Falls is virtually non-existent. The only place to get a sit down meal after 9pm was Applebees (which is OK). We were only there one night, so it's difficult to say much about the town otherwise. The downtown area looked interesting, but was pretty much deserted at 9pm on a Friday night.Guest review byRONALDUnited States

The room was cold, and there was a terrible smell coming from the heater, which made it impossible to stay comfortably, especially with a child. I contacted the property and customer service, but the issue wasn’t resolved. I had to leave the hotel after a few hours. They refunded me less than half of the money, which doesn’t seem fair considering the situation. I have been traveling for the past 10 days that included a hotel at $350/night. By far, this hotel was the cleanest, quietest, with comfortable beds, and a generous continental breakfast.
