We did not have super high expectations before we arrived, but this property was just amazing! The reception guy George was so friendly and talked to us really nicely when we arrived. Then, when we found smoke smell in the room he gave us initially, we complained to him and he was super apologetic about it and upgraded us to a better room with. He also gave us tips for the Everglades and a discount coupon for the alligator farm. And we also happily chit chatted about our respective countries. the room was simply amazing. so well furnished, comfy beds, well stuffed shower and bathroom and super nice to rest. no problem at all. and the breakfast was also super good. the ladies serving the breakfast were super nice. Oh, and the parking right outside the room was a big plus! All in all, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great staff. Clean surroundings. Clean room. Very quiet room by the Front Desk during the NASCAR Race weekend from Oct 19 to 22, 2023. Hopefully Belmont Inn & Suites keep their room rates reasonable every year during NASCAR weekends? Not like ALL the other crooks (property managers) that hike up their room rates within the greater Homestead/Florida City, FL area during the NASCAR weekend! Close to Starbucks, Homestead-Miami Speedway, Luvs Car Wash and many restaurants! Less than a 2 hour incredible scenic drive to beautiful Key West...a must for ALL to experience!!! Cheers from CANADA 'EH'! 🤣👍🏁🇨🇦

Florida City in an are with constant improvement and upgrades. They really takes pride in building and maintaining and improving Florida City. The streets are safe to walk at anytime and are lined with restaurants and shops. There are fun things to do in Florida City. Love it!! Getting around Florida City is easy, the city trolley is Free, Uber is every where, the bus way max can take you to the metro rail station where you can take the train to the airport. Freebee rides are available via the freebee app. Love South Florida and Florida City the people, the hospitality, the culture and the ease of getting around!

It was very nice breakfast was good it was clean and they also had security there I wouldn't mind taking my family back and I stay in Florida City that was just a good way for the family so that they can enjoy the pool and get out the house before school return. 🙂😊 It was also near the mall A lot of shopping places in a lot of great restaurants and also near the turnpike So I would recommend anyone who just wanna get away to go there and the prices are reasonable.

Not a destination, but perfect for passing through. I was on my way to dive in Key Largo. All I needed was a good night's rest without paying for an expensive room in Key Largo. Florida City/Homestead was 30 minutes out, just right for a late arrival and early departure. Plenty of affordable food choices and services.

The location was wonderful.

The location was wonderful. The area had various things to do. Everyone should make it their first and only stop before heading south into the other keys, experience them all, then return back to Florida City and enjoy the rest of your stay. Don't forget to book a room at Holiday Inn Express for a great time, and awesome breakfast and dip in their very clean pool.

The rooms were spacious, easy to access. The hotel is close to the main road and to the Everglades National Park visitors' center. It is also close to the alligator farm, so generally well located to visit the Everglades. There are a lot of restaurants nearby.

Very welcoming and helpful host who offered directions, restaurant details etc.. Immaculately attended property with external tables, heated(!) pool. Pretty decent breakfast. Everything a hotel should be at a reasonable price.
