I found this property online through Bookings.com and it was the perfect location for the purpose of our visit. South of St Augustine and close to the Atlantic beaches All communications and dealings were done on line and the procedure was excellent. We received our access code to the premises and our room by phone message. The room was class, very clean and the bed was super comfy. A beautiful self-service breakfast is available on the ground floor. There is an outside dining area at the rear and a cool boardwalk leads down to the inner waterways. Access to the beautiful beaches on the Atlantic coast are just up to be road. We will definitely be back to this gorgeous property. 10/10.

The staff was extremely helpful . I had written several weeks ago about how they had so kindly found my jewelry bag . They kept it and returned it to me a week later . I was overjoyed and appreciate La Toya and the reception staff for their honesty , kindness and definitely outstanding service .

Everything was perfect. But I think the staff is the best thing there. As a manager, Ronnell guide to his team to give us the best experience. Starting with the check in . Hanna was kind and really attentive. Wendy made everything to have our rooms ready for us and Sophia help us with our breakfast (actually a DELICIOUS breakfast). Thank you Best Western. Don't hesitate to get your reservation there.
