I grew up in Edson, so I'm pretty familiar with Goodland...
I grew up in Edson, so I'm pretty familiar with Goodland even though I haven't lived in the area for many years. I shopped at Wal Mart for whatever items I needed. I also visited the cemetery as my parents are buried there. I also attended mass and it was a coming home as I was married in that church in 1969. My husband passed away in 2021 so it was wonderful to recall all the past memories that I had from my wedding.

Great room. Very nice property. The breakfast was actually MUCH better than most hotels. They had biscuits and gravy, and REAL bacon! The breakfast staff was working very hard to keep everything stocked and house keeping added some very nice touches.

Hotel is exceptionally clean, breakfast was great (always tip your breakfast hostess they work hard) Room was comfortable and well stocked. Quite a surprise for Goodland, Kansas. Best hotel we stayed out for 1700 mile road trip.

The staff was charming, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The receptionist gave us some places for lunch that where near the hotel and they were really good. Also the breakfast was great.
