Staff at the reception was very helpful. Note that there are no Uber services available at this location and the lady at the reception helped us lot in arranging transportation for going to Ritz Carlon Reynolds for attending the conference.

The place was very peaceful, breakfast was delicious. The room was lovely and bed was comfortable. I think you do need a longer stay to fully appreciate all it has to offer, but saying that it’s also a great stopping points if like us your travelling around. The coffee was great as well and my husband enjoyed the cookies. As silly as this sounds I thought the small milk bottle was a lovely touch.

This is a wonderful hotel in a stunning location right by Lake Oconee and surrounded by forest trails that provide great walks. Fantastic facilities both in the room and throughout the hotel and lots of activities on offer. Very friendly, helpful staff in all areas of the hotel and restaurants. Amazing spa facilities and highly skilled therapists for both massage and facials.
