Although we checked in very late (delayed flight), and were very tired, I instantly knew this was going to be a special place. I love the repurposing of the bottleworks into a chic but playful hotel, one that embraces its Art Deco past but not afraid to do its own thing. The room was spacious, the bed super comfy, the shower glorious. I would stay again in a heartbeat. But I also want to give a shout out to the very accommodating staff, especially Renee at the front desk, who went out of their way to help me locate a bag I accidentally left in our airport taxi. With her help, I was reunited with it before we left Indy!

Breakfast doesn’t start early enough for most travelers that are going to the airport. The shuttle runs are much earlier and coffee isn’t even ready. Having a sack lunch or some sort of option would be amazing as options in the airport are nonexistent at 4 am as well and there are no restaurants even remotely near the hotel.

We came in town for the Taylor Swift concert and loved the decorations at the entrance of hotel as well as the complimentary bags! Such a fun idea and my 15yr old loved it! Staff was extremely professional and very friendly which was huge to me. We travel a lot with my child’s sports team and I have to say this was one of the best hotels I’ve been to in years. Rooms were nice, up to date and clean. Keep up the amazing work!

The city has earned international famed through the Indianapolis 500, the highlight of the IndyCar racing season held at the iconic Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The track also hosts the NASCAR Brickyard 400, while the Indiana capital’s NFL team wow the crowds at Lucas Oil Stadium.

The city also has a rich cultural offering with museums covering everything from the Civil War to contemporary art. NOTHING because I ended up having to leave because the room had not been cleaned and they could not find anyone to clean it. BUT, I will say that the Cozy Suites staff I was communicating with by phone did their best to try to resolve the situation in Indianapolis from their location in another state. They also did exceptional work securing a refund for me when I had to go to a different hotel that I found myself that evening. So, KUDOS to the Cozy Suites staff.
