The guy who checked us in did not know what he was doing..
The guy who checked us in did not know what he was doing..come to find out later that night we were charged three times Plus an extra $25 incidental fee we knew nothing about..my checking account went into the negavtive because of this.!!! We had plans to take our grandkids to Hershey but had to leave because I was broke because of this place!! Heather the night manager tried to remedy this but made matters worse by charging us a THIRD TIME!Guest review byLindaUnited States
