This hotel was perfect - well-located in downtown Syracuse, quiet, clean, and with friendly and helpful front desk staff. The room was large, with 2 comfortable beds as we had requested, plus a refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom had 2 showerheads with great pressure, which was a treat! Everything was clean and user-responsive. There was tea, coffee and water at all times in the lobby - much appreciated. The breakfast had a good selection, including fresh fruits, muffins, breads of various sorts, oatmeal and waffles you could make fresh. I enjoyed our stay, and would definitely return!

The room was fantastic and exactly as specified. Breakfast was wonderful! Room service also exceeded expectations. A nice bonus for adults were the drink vouchers for the bar. Great proximity to the mall and the zoo, downtown and university campus are also a very short 10 + minute drive.
