The location is perfect. It's a 4 minute walk to the Key bankcentere, perfect for a hockey game. There is a great pizza place attached to the hotel as well. The beds are so comfortable. The shower was huge, and there were bottles of built-in body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The room is a great size and has a mcirowave , fridge, and coffee maker. They have an exercise room, hottub , pool, and onsite parking .There is a bar in the lobby and a starbucks. . Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was great. Rooms were clean, and we had a suite. Everything was in the kitchen if we needed to prepare food. staff very friendly. Will definitely stay there again. Best value for money.

From the moment I walked in I felt welcome. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the bed. The bathroom was spotless. The hot meal was delicious and there was a variety of breakfast foods to choose from. I would definitely stay here again.

    Didn't eat the complimentary breakfast.. Hotel is dirty. Big millipede in room with ice machine. Bathrooms in rooms had black stained shower floors. Pillow yellowish and unclean. Understaffed, had to wait at front desk for over 15 minutes..

    The hotel was really quiet. The hotel offered convenient and secure parking. There were plenty of spaces available. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. It was close to Niagara Falls state park, outlets and restaurants.
