The room was very clean and quiet. The bed and couch are both absolutely comfortable and great for relaxing and sleeping. The curtains are perfect for keeping the room dark in the morning and having privacy at night. I will definitely be staying here again when I’m in town.

It was well decorated, comfortable, the built in dove soap dispensers were my favorite part since I usually travel with a dive bar of soap, everything was well stocked, the showers were spacious and had great pressure. Also there was the cozy bed, and the countless usb ports, light options, and outlets in the room, staff was fantastic too!

what I like about my stay is the fact that I had 9 10yr olds that were a little loud nothing major just kids being kids but the hotel employees never approached us or said anything about the little noise the kids displayed. overall I really did enjoy our stay and would recommend

The hotel was awesome! My room and the hotel itself was clean. The linen on the bed was fresh and crisp. The front desk staff was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The ambiance of the hotel was very inviting, pleasant and the staff very professional. I would go back to the hotel in a heartbeat without reservation.

    This is my third time staying at this facility and I've enjoyed being here every time. Everything is clean they have hot breakfast. Might not be much but hey at least it's free. I would suggest staying here. Centered around a lot of restaurants, stores the mall and movie theater.

    Honestly I don’t like the area it’s just a grid pattern of stores and houses. I like nature and there are no interning parks to go. No good hiking trails or dog parks. It’s just flat and boring. If you’re a shopper or like to eat at different restaurants there are plenty of those. I find restaurants cost too much now and I find i cook better than most places.

    There was nothing good about staying at this place it was dirty and filthy the man that run it was very rude you wouldn't believe the inside of this room it was so dirty there was a stain in the hot tub I sent you pictures

    wasn't there long. only for a few days, overall, it was ok, but nothing too exciting to see or do here. unless you are there on business, it's not a place to live on a daily basis. You will get bored over time. The Yacht club had good food.

    The hotel room was very dirty and dark.

    The hotel room was very dirty and dark. Only the bed light was working, and the bathtub in the bathroom was so covered with black grime that I didn't even want to shower. There is even one place to plug in electricity. For a hotel like this to be called America's best, it would cause enormous damage to hotels with the same name. I never want to stay at an American Best Hotel chain hotel ever again.

    I arrived late to the property.

    I arrived late to the property. I was able to check in around 8pm. I went to go grab something to eat for dinner and arrived back at the property right around 1030pm and wanted to get to bed. When I went to back to the room my key didn't work. As I was about to head back to the front desk, a lady(guest) and the front desk worker were walking toward me. She asked if this was my room and I told her yes. My key isn't working. She had a key on her that appeared to be the other guest key. When I went into my room, about 2 minutes later the front desk called and asked me to come down and that we don't have you signed in. When I arrived at the front desk, the issue was resolved. From my observation however, the lady guest must've been assigned my room, went to the room and saw that another person was assigned to their room. It was very disappointing that in a barely 2 hour time frame that my key didn't work, that these issues came up without me not even being at the property and that possibly another guest could've been in my room. I checked to see if anything was stolen and nothing was stolen THANKFULLY!!! Oh and the Wi-Fi did not work at all.

    The rooms are large, and in general there is plenty of space in the hotel. The breakfast hours were useful, and there was a reasonably good selection of food. We mainly booked because we needed to stay in Livonia and wanted some specific facilities, which unfortunately were not as expected. The staff were all generally pleasant and tried to help, though they were clearly struggling as there did not appear to be enough staff for such a large hotel.

    I’ve stayed at this hotel before, and I keep coming back for one main reason: the king room with the jet tub. It’s incredibly comfortable and the perfect way to unwind when I need a quick break. The location is also super convenient — easy to get to and close to everything I need. Complimentary breakfast is decent and does the job, nothing fancy but appreciated. Microwave and mini fridge in the room are a nice plus.
