The front desk José was kind and helpful. They allowed me to check in early, which was awesome. There's no elevator, but there's a person to help me with my heavy luggage. Rosie and Mario were also lovely and helpful. The room size is a bit small, but I consider that to be okay for the price. There are lots of beautiful photos in the hotel. There's a free service of bicycles, I love it. L.A has a designated cycle lane so it's very safe. The location of the hotel is great, coffees, Restaurant and a supermarket close by.

Lovely hotel with great decor. Very comfortable beds. Great food served - Lucy in the coffee shop was brilliant and made our stay perfect! Arginet from cleaning services was also super friendly and made us feel at home.

    Excellent Pre Cruise location and hotel services were fabulous. Would do it again and makes the cruise that much more relaxing to be able to relax at a very nice hotel the day before and start the stress-free vacation a day early.

    The only reason I went to long beach was my fishing trip. I was very disappointed that I was not really able to do much else. Long beach was kinda dirty I don't plan on visiting this city again

    We were visiting for an event at the LB Beer Lab and were glad to see that the area had really cleaned up in recent years. We didn't get too far from the hotel, but had we stayed longer, would have liked to see more of the city.

    Beautiful area. We had never been. We were just returning from a cruise. It is close to several beaches, the Queen Mary and LA. We went to LA while there. We just had the best time and it was so relaxing. I would definitely go back. We got to go to Rosco's Chicken & Waffles. The food was amazing. We had never been to it before. We took an amazing tour to the Hollywood sign and to Beverly Hills thru VIP Hollywood Tours. It was amazing. Great pictures and tour guide(Justin). Saw so many celebrity home up close and personal.

    Long Beach is a destination that offers plenty of walking sights and sounds. If you're looking for a quirky place to stay, consider the Queen Mary. Dining on this historic ship provides a unique evening experience. Bask in a different time when life was simpler and people took pride in their appearance. The boardwalks and shopping streets make for a great alternative to lounging by the swimming pool. Although I had only passed through Los Angeles before, this time I decided to take some time to stop and soak in the surrounding area.

    Never had a chance to really fully experience Long Beach as...

    Never had a chance to really fully experience Long Beach as we went there only for one reason and that was the Queen Mary. We didn't check in until late in the afternoon. Dinner time. And checked out early in the morning

    The location of the hotel is good. It is walking distance from the conference center in Long Beach. The building looks old but the rooms are renovated, spacious and well decorated. There are two petrol stations around the corner to get some snacks. I needed them to keep my lugagge after check-out for a couple of hours and that worked very well. They have a locked room and the receptionist was very friendly. The hotel is good value for the money. The others in the area were much more expensive.

    Once I had found it, I felt safe and comfortable. Comfortable bed and very clean room. Modern looking and better than higher graded hotels. Near to everything on Ocean Blvd and downtown Long Beach. Best to stay in this area. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Recommended.
