    My purpose in Montgomery was to visit the Legacy Museum, see the capitol building and to view Hank Williams' grave site. The museum was awesome, and I'd recommend it to anyone going to Montgomery. I'm sure there's more to see in Montgomery, but I really just came for the museum and stayed overnight only. I thoroughly enjoyed by short stay.

    It was great my stay and was able to travel with no problems...

    It was great my stay and was able to travel with no problems and was close to the places that I was interested in visiting in even not to far fro the casino , there was shopping and eating close by as well.

    Montgomery is an excellent city worthy to behold but not...

    Montgomery is an excellent city worthy to behold but not without leaving with a recount of my pilgrimage through pain, memory, and awakening at the National Memorial for Peace and Justice, the Freedom Monument Sculpture Park, and The Legacy Museum.

    Montgomery is a city rich in history and has many sites to learn about civil rights and the history of Alabama. Believe it our bot many of these sights teach about overall equality for all people. The Civil Rights Memorial made me very emotional and is a great way to teach children about racial equality and over all equality for all people in America.

    The best part of the trip was the Legacy Museum.

    The best part of the trip was the Legacy Museum. It was an intense and moving experience about the Black experience in America, very well done and definitely worth seeing. Montgomery has some very nice restaurants. We loved the Vintage Year restaurant; you need a reservation but really great food. Also a great wine store next door called Filet and Vine where the people are super knowledgable about wine and prime cuts of meat. Cloverdale is a charming neighborhood to stay in.

    We were given the same room number as we had at the previous Drury Inn. We liked this idea since it made us feel more at home. We l liked having a separate coffee station in the lobby. This hotel has an especially large green grass area for walking dogs. We prefer the sofa in the sitting area of the superior king rather than the two chair setup here.
