    The rooms and décor were beautiful.

    The rooms and décor were beautiful. The laundry was both well located and easy to use. The challenge was the communication necessary to have made the trip and entrance to the hotel easy. Due to the significant constriction around the hotel, there was only one way in, and it was obscure, I would have appreciated that information relayed before I spent an hour going in circles.

    Residence Inn by Marriot is definitely a place to stay when visiting in the New Rochelle/New York area, close access to Amtrak/Metro lines, it's a win win!! Apple Bee's Restaurant and others, are close by, including Planet Fitness center, movie theater, also, you want the best pizza, Nicky's Pizzeria Restaurant.. not too far from the hotel, you will love their Italian style pizza.

    I can’t really say because I was there for a specific purpose, a wedding, and I needed some time to myself—which I got peacefully in my room. I walked out once to see what was near…but ended up returning “home”. I know Iona University was near.

    This was only my 2nd time staying at the Radisson in New Rochelle and I am going to stay there again. The hotel is clean and I enjoyed my stay. I'll be making reservations again to come for my birthday in February, plus there are nice restaurants in New Rochelle.

    Do not stay here on weekends.

    Do not stay here on weekends. Stayed for a few days for work. The "lounge" in the lobby was overly loud. After waiting 10mins for someone to come to the front desk to check me in. I got to my room to find out the AC didn't work and would have to be out the room for an hour or so. Also the fire alarm went off about 4 times from the day into the night.

    Hotel was great but there is no information about parking and no real place to stop to go in and ask. Dud not know in advance that I had to pay for parking or that the parking lot was in the building next to the hotel with no direct connection. Not a huge deal but it was really late when I got there so needing around trying to work out parking was the last thing I needed. Could have been made clear on the website at time of booking.

    Very good location. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast was okay. When my inbound flight was cancelled, causing my arrival to be delayed until the following morning, the hotel was, upon being informed of the situation, very accommodating and cancelled my booking for that first night which I was not able to be present for. That was greatly appreciated.
