I was absolutely happy with the choice of a place to celebrate my birthday. Everything was the way it should be and even more: the hotel design is fantastic (the way the architects combined the old historical part of the property with the new one is a masterpiece), perfect location, excellent service, wonderful spa, great food for dinner, great setting of the Champaign bar.

Late arrival by car and had to make some manoeuvres before understanding that you just drive to the parking hall 3rd floor and take an elevator to the Lobby at 7th floor. Convenient once you understood it. One of the best and most helpful & polite receptionists I've met in any hotel. Not just one of them, but all the staff. Got a high floor room with a city view - fine. Found out that there is Aventura mall just under our window, but still need a car to get there. No problem. Hotel was or looked brand new. Large common areas. Live music in the evenings at lobby-level. Great service at poolside restaurant. The dishes were of high quality, beautifully arranged and refined. The pool area was stylish and in the right direction, so it was worth taking a sunny moment of rest after breakfast. Breakfast was not included to the room rate and it was not of buffet-type, so prepare for queuing. If you need it fast, use the small coffee shop in the lobby. Room was modern and super clean. Coffee machine and silent air conditioning system.

AMAZING hotel! I was looking hotel on the north Miami beach, and in the beginning I saw only hotel on the first line, but they are all too huge (for me). I mostly prefer cozy hotels. And then I found this hotel! It's new built building, good renovation inside, comfortable modern room, soft bed and pillows you can drown in! My room was with ocean view! Absolutely fantastic! Next to this hotel there are delicious restaurant, and 5 minutes to go to cheap public parking lot ($1/hour during the day and free for night) and entrance to the beach! I'm very glad that I chose this location and this hotel !!!

Location is incredible, in one of the very best areas. So closer to all amenities and walking distance too! Hotel is trendy, funky, clean, perfect little place with lovely pool. Staff were always friendly and accommodating. Can’t fault it!

I loved everything about this boutique hotel. I’ve stayed in a lot of amazing places but this have been my fave by far! Perfect location access to the beach from the beautiful pool. Delicious cocktails. Great food. The best hospitality I’ve ever experienced. The staff go above and beyond. I felt so welcome and relaxed. Highly recommend! 👌

    THE HOTEL IS NASTY.

    THE HOTEL IS NASTY. THE FRONT AREA, THE ELEVATOR, THE HALLWAY AND THE BEDROOM AND BATHROOM. THERE WAS ALSO SOMEONE BANGING ON MY DOOR AT 1:20 AM IN THE MORNING AND TRYING TO USE THEIR KEY TO GET IN MY ROOM. I CALLED THE FRONT DESK WHICH TOOK AWHILE TO ANSWER AND TOLD THEM THAT SOMEONE IS TRYING TO GET IN MY ROOM, A SHORT TIME LATER A FEMALE SECURITY WHO HARDLY COULD GET OUT HER OWN WAY CAME TO THE DOOR AND I TOLD HER WHAT HAD HAPPEN AND SHE SAID SHE DIDN'T SEE ANYONE BUT THEY WOULD CHECK THE CAMERA. I ALSO TOLD HER THAT I COULD NOT SLEEP. THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. I LEFT THE NEXT MORNING.

    Am still awaiting my $100 refund to go back into my account. This was explained to me and my wife, the money was held for any damages that may occur during my stay. I checked out on the 25th of December and today is the 28th of December. It’s only suppose to take 72 hrs or three days. I’ll wait another day before I start making some calls.

    I liked the location, very convenient to beaches, Home Depot, North Miami, & Whole Foods, those were just the closest businesses. There are other businesses further away but knowing I didn't have to travel was a convenience to me and I had the pizza across the street also. The hotel is in a safe area of Miami, I'm sure that would be a concern for people coming to Miami. Convenient Location!

    Located close to hwy 95.

    Located close to hwy 95. Hotel not clean, garbage on elevator floor, hallway dirty, tub rusty. Water bathroom sink ran on counter top. Would not recommend to anyone. Stayed one night only because we were tired.

    There was a lot to do and many places to shop and eat.

    There was a lot to do and many places to shop and eat. It was a safe an clean place to visit and dine on the beach. We ate at Shuckers on the beach where you could see all the beautiful boats. We were there waiting to go in a cruise and see Miami. It was beautiful!

    The pictures don't look too bad, and the location was close to where I needed to be, until I entered the elevator. Everything goes downhill from there, this hotel is old and run down. Just one look at the clientele that enters says it all, I could be wrong but I had the impression it was a location for drug running and prostitution. I do understand not everyone has the same budget, but there was no way I could lay my head on that bed or pillows. Stay clear if you can afford it.

    This was the worst hotel I had ever been to in my life! It was dirty as hell, the rugs in the room were never cleaned, we couldn't even get extra towels! My daughter wouldn't take a shower because it was so dirty! The room smelled really bad, we had to get air freshener. The pool wasn't even open. People were making drug deals right outside the hotel!!!

    I spent 5 nights in the studio, which was equipped exactly as in the description. I think a big bonus would be to have the washing machine and dishwasher, but apart from that, I found everything I needed in the place. Nice owner, but not intrusive, lots of privacy. Interesting art inside. Quiet at night. For me it is a way better option than a hotel.

    Good location if you want to visit North Miami Beach area. It's 15min drive. There are also plenty of food options nearby and a supermarket right across the street. The pool didn't look so inviting, but it was also there. We didn't risk when choosing a hotel and didn't ask for much more than this.
