Our best place to stay during the US trip! Absolutely fantastic! It was very clean, not only the room but also swimming pools, all the areas - it was cleaned every day in the morning and super fresh and ready to use when you wake up. The pools and jacuzzi are super nice and have everything you need (even nice music). The staff was incredibly nice, taking care of our relax an nice stay. The city is very nice and worth visiting also. Nice restaurants nearby. We enjoyed a lot time spent there and want to come back!!

The place was spotless, well maintained, and the staff was top notch. Between all the features available and the remarkably chill and friendly fellow guests, my wife and I never felt more relaxed after just 2 days at Mi Kasa. We will certainly be back, and often.

we arrived rather late in Palm Springs, but the lobby was still open so the check-in was no problem. our room was clean and everything that we needed was available - even an (empty) mini-fridge! we booked pool view, but we didn't really have a view from our room. but i must say, we were just 50m away from it - so that's fine.

    Drug Addicts trading Bicycles in the back of the hotel when...

    Drug Addicts trading Bicycles in the back of the hotel when we first arrived. Watched the whole thing go down from the tinted windows of my car. Even worse FILTHY floors!!! I mean FILTHY! I took a shower walked out to my bed for about 5 seconds and my feet WERE STAINED BLACK! I Had to wear my socks the whole time or have a towel under my feet.(picture shown).Drawers were worn out and dirty and so was the refrigerator! There was also fruit flies hanging out with us the entire time... not a lot but enough to make it feel even less clean. So the SAFETY level at this place didn't feel that great at all!. I honestly can say I heard loud conversations at all hours of the day and especially from the hours of 1am-5am outside my room Not COOL for a Thursday night... Also The most fascinating thing I've ever seen when it comes to a smoke alarms..... They had it all caged off and screwed down to the roof of the room. Dam people must be trading bicycles and staying there at the same time huh?!

    I usually book hotels with good location relating to what I am traveling for. This hotel was just where I needed in order to conduct my business. I don't book fancy hotels for business trips, as long as they're safe and clean I'm good. This hotel was just that.

    Location was the only thing we liked about the property. It's close to a major freeway and plenty of convenience store shops and food nearby. The female night clerk was the only one who seemed to want to help anyone.
