The hotel was really clean and neat. The main lobby was decorated to the Christmas theme and it was really beautiful. The location of the hotel was great as well, being near the highway, outlets etc. Plus it was only a short drive from Disneyland! :)

The room is very simple which worked very well for my senior mother. The air conditioner easily controlled. Room well lit. Comfortable bed. Nice television with cable. You are also able to sign into your own streaming services directly on the TV. There is a reminder to sign out of your services before you leave. You can also connect to hdmi if you travel with a roku or similar device. Location is quiet but very close to good food and shopping. The best part is the customer service. Everyone was very polite from the time I got there. I did not have to ask for anything extra. The room was well stocked. I extended my stay one more night.

Location was perfect for our trip to Disneyland, bus stop right outside but also only 10mins in the car if you want to drive. Restaurant beside the hotel is definitely a must, we enjoyed our meal and definitely would return. Staff are lovely and we were always greeted with a smile. Complimentary breakest had a variation everyday and was good.
