I gave this hotel 10/10.I particularly liked how clean it was and the room cleaners do an excellent job in the room valeting service, the breakfast is truly exceptional with a buffet with breakfast cereals, toast, as much coffee or juice as you like , you can even make your own waffles if you want. I had a delicious breakfast every day. The breakfast staff ( there was a lovely lady called Letty) were really friendly and the reception staff behind the desk very professional. Really this hotel was an absolute godsend as it feels like it is five star but is very clean, affordable and the staff go above and beyond to tend to your needs. There is a lovely heated jacuzzi and swimming pool and I was surprised how few people actually use it. Also, there is a casino if you are feeling lucky. I do not gamble so this was wasted on me but I did have a look and it looked like the real thing with people having a flutter. The hotel is nicely connected to the freeways and roads and is only a 15 minute drive from the coast and the beaches. There are shops ( Aldi , target, five below, best buy, home depot)and food outlets literally 2 minutes drive away in an area of retail parks nearby I truly recommend this hotel as it has the most stylish carpets and there is also an ice making machine and microwave on each floor. I was on the top floor, 9th, and it had a superb view over towards Los Angeles and I had golden eagles flying out my room. Recommended. Overall 10/10.

Breakfast was delicious and fresh. My family really enjoyed it. Location was very good and easy just to jump onto the freeway to head off to any location. All staff we very friendly, especially at breakfast. The ladies do an awesome job and we’re always helpful. We flew to Settle to have Christmas with family and got stuck there due to cancelled flights. I would like to thank Enma and staff for checking us out of our room on time and storing our bags till we could return. This was going above and beyond. We highly appreciated that and it speaks volumes to the level of service from this hotel. People make the difference. Thank you.
