The staff were great but short handed😟 I reserved a room with a hot tub and one bed and ended up with a small bathtub, two small beds, no phone or Wi-Fi password. So I over paid for what I ended up with😡😡. They should hve contacted me for that change.Guest review byVelmaUnited States

I stayed here in March 2023 and I've seen a lot of improvement since then. The pool was renovated and I had a great swim, there's now a delicious complimentary breakfast available, the lounge by the front desk has been updated, and the furnishings in the rooms have been renovated. Air conditioning worked well, beds were clean and comfortable. I'm really impressed with the improvements here and I'll continue to stay whenever I come to Pinckneyville.Guest review byLindsayCanada
