We are from the Central Valley so Pismo is a short trip to the beach. I love it here but it’s really busy and congested on the strip and at the beach. Also there are cigarette smokers everywhere and outside of restaurants and the smell is so strong as an outside diner. Brads, The Cracked Crab and Splash cafe are reason enough to come up just to eat. There’s a restaurant genre for everyone. Really great restaurants in Pismo. The locals are friendly. Fantastic beach located in a great part of the state. Central California coast has a lot to offer and see. Pismo Beach is a lovely small beach town. It retains the quaint oceanfront vibe without being overly populated. Just as some of the signs and one of the stores says...Not LA, not the Bay Area. It's just a nice location to relax, wander, and enjoy the beach views. Also, can't recommend the Cool Cat Cafe more for their good food and AMAZING milkshakes!!!Guest review byDJ - 8.0

The Beach has powder soft sand that my feet loves. This trip the Beach at the end of Main st. the Beach Stunck, first time ever for me, but it was really bad. Whether was Beautiful even the Evening was nice sitting outside. If you bring a pooch with make sure to bring your poop ooh bags.
