Princeton is the county seat of Bureau County, Illinois.
Princeton is the county seat of Bureau County, Illinois. It seems to be in good shape financially and has a nice downtown with small shops and restaurants. I particularly LOVED "The Coffee Cup" diner about a mile from the interstate. This "throw-back" American-style, classic restaurant offers wonderful, freshly-prepared food (I had a cup of chicken noodle soup, coleslaw, tuna salad sandwich on whole wheat toast, and a glass of fresh-brewed iced tea), a welcoming and friendly staff, and a clean family atmosphere. It was perfect! Highly recommended.

When booked online stated to have breakfast included.
When booked online stated to have breakfast included. But went down the next morning and had nothing but cold coffee.
Called the front desk to ask and they indicated since changing to a sleep Inn from Super 8 no breakfast. I indicated the only reason I booked was because it said breakfast was included. So need to change the website. Other than that is was okay.

Though the building overall shows its age, the room was clean and comfortable. I was able to bring my dog who is my traveling companion. The location very quiet and safe but close to restaurants and shopping. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good place to stay as long as you are not expecting high end accommodation. The price is very good compared to hotels at nearby exits off I80.

Nice seating areas in lobby. Staff went above and beyond to help me. Room was clean and air had no scent. Bed was very comfortable. Multiple fast food restaurants close by. Numerous restaurants to choose from in the area. I highly recommend this hotel!

Absolutely best customer service I’ve ever had at a hotel. Tom, Samantha and staff were outstanding. I promise you that they ALL need a raise. You have the best employees! The hotel was super clean and the pool room was amazing!

Friendly receptionist and close to the gas station and restaurants. The hotel entrance was a bit outdated, but they are remodeling it so I'll hope this will be fixed soon
