I really enjoyed my stay at Lucky Eagle Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very quiet, which made for a great night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick and easy. We didn’t visit the casino, but the hotel itself felt relaxing and well-maintained. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was right there. I’d definitely stay again!

Everything was superb. The facilities, cleanliness and quality were exceptional. The staff were all fabulous, and that includes the housekeepers, the breakfast lady and the front desk. The chap on front desk who checked us in and looked after us was tremendous. He was friendly, remembered our names and gave us really good tips on places to go. Don't know his name but he had a pony tail and guitar.

It was the first time I got a room " in the back" of house. Was fantastic to wake up to a view of trees instead of the parking lot.☺ Nice & clean...but do see the need for TRASH BAGS IN THE TRASH CONTAINERS....either those where forgotten or just not policy....I DISAGREE IF IT'S POLICY..

Very spotless rooms—they are always very clean, & very comfortable. The restaurant has great food, and I would recommend them anytime. The staff is helpful, kind, and easy to work with when you are in the casino, or the pizza restaurant. Here’s the bad stuff, though: The “extremely loud talking, and playing of LOUD MUSIC” neighbors (at 3:00 a.m.!! Terrible!!!) was a problem we had the last time we stayed there, as well. We Don’t feel comfortable reporting it to the front desk, because people are very unpredictable. The marijuana/pot smoke is absolutely unbearable to me, as I have asthma. In always bad in the hallways, especially 3rd & 4th floors, and it’s THE WORST!! I do wish that the pot smokers could be gotten under control. It’s really, REALLY bad there. ☹️

There was not a place to eat open late when I could take kids. When I booked the hotel it said it had 6 restaurants, but I don’t know they were right in the casino and that kids were not allowed in to eat. So we had to drive to Dennys. We didn’t get to see much of the town, but the indoor baseball facility there is very nice!
