We loved the Wydown Hotel, we stayed over a long weekend, as we were in St. Helena for a wedding. You couldn't get a better location for exploring the wine region, also for walking to the excellent selection of restaurants and lovely stores near by. The atmosphere in the hotel and the town was so friendly and welcoming, we felt at home. All the team working there were top notch. The lobby and breakfast area were relaxed but stylish. Our bedroom was spacious ,very comfortable, quiet, clean with everything we needed at hand. We really enjoyed our stay and would like to thank all of the great people working there, who helped us with every request we had. We would recommend the Wydown for anyone going to St. Helena.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spotlessly clean with all the amenities we could need. The bed was comfortable and the bath was huge, had a great soak. The wine glasses and corkscrew were an essential touch in the valley. Didn't manage breakfast as we were too full from the meal the night before but it was a lovely selection including fresh pastries from the bakery. We would stay again.

    In a very accessible part of the Napa valley. And home to hidden gems, if you can call Taylor's Refresher (Gott's Roadside) hidden. The downtown area is quite charming and has a number of reasonably priced dining places offering great food and value like Villa Corona.

    Lovely restaurants and great selection of wineries and tasting rooms. I highly recommend the Louis M Martini winery, and if you can get a reservation at the Culinary Institute of America you should! Ana’s Cantina is good for late drinks.

    I love St. Helena.

    I love St. Helena. Friends of mine live there and own Flora Springs Winery. There are great restaurants and shops. I do think the price of lodging is too pricey. The traffic coming to St. Helena was horrendous.

    Fun shops and restaurants on main street.

    Fun shops and restaurants on main street. Did some great walks from the hotel down to the river and through local vineyards. Also walked to the cemetery on Spring street. Went winetasting at Ballentine which was very close to the hotel. Miguel was very knowledgeable. Met several locals who were very friendly and gave us hiking and restaurant recommendations.

    The downtown is very nice and walkable, and I liked the Robert Louis Stevenson museum. It's also close to Calistoga and the famous hot springs. The weather is great and if you enjoy wine, the choices are endless!

    Beautiful location centrally located in the Napa Valley. Best wineries in the Valley are located in St. Helena! Highly recommend this peaceful little town for its beauty and convenience to every part of the Napa Valley!

    We love the location of Southbridge. We spend a lot of time in St. Helena, and end up using the Southbridge fitness facilities even when we are staying in other locations. This was our second time staying at the hotel. The staff are absolutely lovely and truly the best thing about this hotel! The front desk managers are welcoming and accommodating, and the housekeeping staff is helpful and super friendly. The ice and water machine on the room level is a welcome feature.

    Basically a very nice Hotel, but:I have booked the hotel because of the pool and the breakfast. The pool was closed, because of a defect, which was told me after arrival and the breakfast was very small and the rolls empty, because "other people took too much". I got for the pool a discount $30 of $330. Too less discount if you ask me. If you do not deliver what you promise, you should provide a higher discount.

    Location is excellent. Good sized room. Within about 300 m to a Health spa with great gym and pool included in price. Central to the Napa vineyards and St Helena township. Sabrina on afternoon reception is very helpful and sets a welcoming tone .
