A cheat sheet with local places to eat would have been nice. For those of Us that are not familiar with the area it could be a little overwhelming. So a little knowledge goes a long way. It could helpi us feel more comfortable and safe. Unfortunately Per Appearances the surrounding area can feel a little rough, However at the hotel everything felt safe.Guest review byTheresa

Our card was blocked for some reason but thats not the hotel to blame. The hotel personnel handled the situation very well even after we had to make some calls on the reception phone and check if the card was working again.
