The staff from Joe at the very first reception to Melenie at the front desk and Rikki in the bistro who was working very hard with his waitress partner who’s name I did not get were exceptional with their enthusiasm kindness professionalism and clear effort to make us feel welcome and make the stay problem free Thank you to all of them Even as we were leaving our room a custodian was dusting the baseboards and took the time to ask us how we were and how our stay was.
