The staff at the Hotel was excellent, but the people of Scottsbluff in general were very rude, like when I greeted a person at the store or restaurant they did not reply in kind, and that was the case on everybody I came in contact with aside from friends and family, being that I was born and raised in Scottsbluff that made me feel that I'm glad I left this town several years ago, not stereotyping all the people, because I still have several friends who live in Scottsbluff who are warm and kind, just some of the locals need a lesson on manners and hospitality to visitors.Guest review bySayNo2CoronavirusVaccineUnited States
