Complaint about facility to Booking.com resulted in request for payment to access an agent. This, after Booking.com misleading customers on price of room. It appears Booking.com is not to be trusted. The site is only interested in generating revenue. Then the organization asks motel guests to write reviews, but offers no compensation. Again, Booking.com is not to be trusted.
