Checkin employee not friendly. At breakfast, had to wait a good 15-20 mins for coffee to be made (which is actually a long time when one wants to get on the road). Room had no chair; not enough space to set down small suitcases. Bathroom tub had rust (my husband wouldn’t take a bath in it), and some wallpaper peeling.

We arrived very, very late due to complications with our rental car. I was just looking for a cheap place to sleep for a bit before hitting the road again. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel for the price I paid. In the past, I had booked at the Hampton Inn next door for a more comfortable stay. The next time I make the trip, I will choose the Sleep Inn every time! It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and accomodating and breakfast was excellent.

I AM A CUSTOMER WITH SPECIAL NEEDS AND ASKED NOT TO BE NEAR ELEVATOR, THEY PUT ME THE FIRST ROOM NEXT TO THE ELEVATOR. THERE WERE WET DOG PEE STAINS IN MY ROOM, A BOBBY PIN (IM BALD) AND LONG DARK HAIRS ON MY PILLOW. THE SIDE GATES DO NOT LOCK AS THEY ADVERTISE . THE NETWORK IS SAID TO BE SECURE AND YOU NEED A PASSSWORD AND ROOM # TO GET ON. I GOT ON WITHOUT ANYTHING FROM OUTSIDE THE BUILDING . WORST HOTEL STAY IN MY 50 YEARS AS AN AMERICAN. IM NOT EVEN GOING TO GET IN TO THE 8 CREDIT CARD CHARGES AND REFUNDS ETC ETC ETC . SCORE IS F- AND 0 STAR ON ALL LEVELS EXCEPT LOCATION BECAUSE ITS OFF I95.

You really get what you pay for, unfortunately. The tv remote did not work (needed batteries) and the front desk did not have any. My husband went back and forth to the front desk 4 times!! Things were too old and needed replacement and the worst thing was the door bolt did not latch properly. House cleaning also knocked on our door at 10:05 am when check out was 11:00 am. Oh well

After a long day of driving, it was nice coming to a comfortable, accommodating hotel. The room was clean, quiet and included a frig, coffee pot and microwave! The breakfast was better than expected. The staff was lovely. I’ll add this hotel to my list for future road trips.

We were visiting family in Stony Creek and stayed here. It was a good easy location. If someone is traveling , its a good pit stop because near roadway. They have a great breakfast. Room was decent and clean for the amount of time we were there.
