Not criticism of hotel, but Google maps was WRONG and sent me to a shopping center. I called the hotel and they set me straight, telling me that they have tried to tell Google of the issue. Maybe you could help.

The hotel seems in a safe area. The parking area is close to the hotel main entrance and side doors. The room is very clean. I stayed in the two bedroom suit , which is spacious and has two bathrooms.

Exceptional customer service from entire front desk staff and housekeeping!!! All team members are professional, efficient, courteous, and very personable. Out of all 6 states, east and west coast , working for Amazon, I can attest that this has been my favorite and most enjoyable accommodations away from home. We mostly dealt with the receptionists. They were all friendly & lovely, especially the agent we dealt with originally. He was on shift most evenings of our stay & he always helped us whenever we had an issue. I forgot to get his name, but he was lovely. The room was clean when we first checked-in, however it's only cleaned sporadically. The fixings in the rooms are a little bit dated & worn out. It's in a good location, a few minutes away from the local shops & an expressway.
