My biggest issue was with the staff.

My biggest issue was with the staff. Upon arrival we should have been given a gift bag from the wedding with intinery, etc. Even though I told them we were part of that wedding they did not give us the gift bag.. This made things very uncomfortable moving forward since we had to navigate through all of the activities and travel arrangements blindly because we did not want to trouble anyone from the wedding party for information. Giving us said bag which was in their possession would have resolved all issues. Upon checkout they gave us our gift bag. In addition, they were just not friendly and we almost felt as if we were bothering them. When we returned from the wedding I assisted several of the young ladies who were in the wedding party in registering for their room. They were given 4 keys with the wrong room # on it. After trying every key the person who was staying in that room opened the door and was livid by the disturbance (rightfully so). I went down to the desk to let them know and they gave me new keys to a new room. Never even apologized, Just said "make sure you get those people away from that woman's room as soon as possible"
