Staff were excellent, brilliantly professional and prepared to go the extra mile for us, the lady on the kitchen was so polite, lovely and everyone said how nice she was. Amazing from start to finish! Breakfast selection like nothing we've seen elsewhere...biscuits and gravy, eggs, hashbowns, hard boiled eggs, grits, oatmeal with toppings, red velvet or original waffles you make, lots of cereals, pastries ad muffins, 4 types of coffee creamer and all types of condiments (Nutella, peanut butter, salsa, jams, etc... Even had mints and candies at front desk and gog treats for pets! They are renovating and we got a newly renovated room! My husband says we need to plan another trip just so we can stay here again...lol.
