It's a great place, but you must know what you find. Joe is a great guy; he is there for you and will guide you to the bus and other places to sleep. It is a camp site, we lighted a fire at night and played cards with other visitors. You have a kitchen and a shower (warmed by the sun, so use it before sunset). We loved it. My best advice is to buy some meat and beers beforehand, light the fire, and have a great night surrounded by nature.

One of the best place we slept during our road trip. The rooms and the beds were large and comfortable. The owner was really kind. I recommend this place to anyone.

The dome was so fun. The grill and fire pit area was great. The shower was hot. The bathroom and the room were both really warm. The guy that came to meet us was great and very friendly.

    There isn't a town center, but it was the perfect spot...

    There isn't a town center, but it was the perfect spot between Monticello and Blanding. Not much was open in March in Monticello and only one place named Yaks serves breakfast in Blanding. Many more options for other meals in Blanding including a darling ice cream shop. We loved touring the working Cedar Mesa Pottery shop there and finding great deals on their seconds. And there is a hike to 5 Kiva Pueblo ruins some of our group enjoyed.
