Room was charged on my daughters credit card when I got to the hotel I changed my credit card in the end both cards were charged trying to resolve this now that’s poor management that should never of happened!!! Make sure housekeeping clean your room/vacuum/makeup bed with fresh linen if you request it, we spoke with front desk on two different occasions and still housekeeping didn't do their job, I would request housekeeping through management the next time therefore there shouldn't be an issue, otherwise hotel was decentGuest review byTurin - 8.0

I liked the out door grill off the swimming pool. I didn't like that there was no service for the bedrooms. You had to take the towels to the front desk for replacements every day and you had to make-up the bed/clean the room yourself. Do not stay here. It’s beyond disgusting. Every surface was disgustingly dirty. I would like to warn anyone that this isn’t a place you should stay. Bedbugs!!! Cigarettes in the bottom of the pool and the carpet looked like it was never cleaned. I didn’t feel safe in this location and didn’t stay.
