Beautiful place and very friendly staff. Our room was clean. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast due to time constraints. There was a lot of snow in a short time frame, but they kept the sidewalks clean as best they could.

Loved the place. Nice communal spaces. Excellent rooms. Loved the decor. Great restaurants and all the places to see within walking disctance. Regretting only for staying for one night, there would have been some much more fun stuff to do.

We had superior king with separate living room area. We were three persons. Two slept in king bed, and one slept on sofa bed. The room was nice, mordern and clean. Bathroom was with separate toilet. Shower was large. Wifi was good speed. We parked in garage under hotel. Elevator from garage went up to hotel lobby. A tip, prebook at Parkit, $20 for 24 hours. Breakfast was a la carte. Food was great. Live band in the evening, this was on thursday. Great atmosphere. We really liked this hotel.

Staff were so friendly and the check in process was so easy. The facilities were spacious and really clean, probably the cleanest I’ve seen. Also location wasn’t great for a solo female traveller, very close to the historic third ward.

    So easy to get around using Uber!

    So easy to get around using Uber! I suggest hitting up one of the local bars before the game. Most offer shuttles! We had a great time at Jackson's Blue Ribbon Pub! The wings on the service were top-notch!

    I booked a room with a king bed and sofa bed.

    I booked a room with a king bed and sofa bed. The room did not have the sofa bed. I returned to the receptionist desk and displayed my confirmation email which indicated what I rented. The receptionist (who wasn’t particularly affable in general) wasn’t terribly interested in solving my problem. She merely told me they don’t have king rooms with sofa beds. I explained that’s what I rented. She appeared annoyed and called for a manager. He also indicated that sofa beds were not available in the king rooms. He seemed more interested in convincing me that he was being truthful about the nature of their accommodations. I simply sought a resolution. Eventually he did provide us with a room that had double beds at the same rate. The Fairfield Inn & Suites needs to confirm that the information Booking.com is posting is accurate.
