The staff made this experience absolutely amazing! Samantha and William in particular went out of their way to help sort my issues with ordering online as a tourist from the UK. They recommended places to grab dinner as there's no resturant on site and we're the nicest hospitality staff i have ever encountered- P.s I travel a lot and stayed in 3 different hotels this NY trip and no one came even close!
