    Winter Haven Florida is an amazing city in Central Florida whether you are here for watersports, or just for a holiday. I had dinner at Buffer City on Cypress Gardens Blvd. and I was surprised by the high quality of the food and service. You will love The Howard Johnson by Wyndam here in Winter Haven I cannot say enough about the service it wall excellent and will come back very soon...JP

    Literally crack head vill I was scared to even go to my car...

    Literally crack head vill I was scared to even go to my car as crack heads are everywhere. Heard the place had a remodel. I’m not sure how electrical units hanging/falling out of the walls.. the walls were literally all different colors with peeling. The place is ran down felt like I was in a trap house. I couldn’t even take a shower the place was flithy

    I was in town to take my son to Legoland which he absolutely...

    I was in town to take my son to Legoland which he absolutely loved. The weather was great! The location is perfect. Very easy to get around. There were many options of places to eat. I especially loved the proximity between Tampa and Orlando. Will definitely visit again.

    My favorite was that you had an outdoor pool that was the main reason I booked there, also loved that you had free breakfast, kept us from being rushed because it lasted till 930, I would recommend 10 though as a lot of people can’t eat too early 6:40 to 10:30 would be better. I’d had preferred waffles as a choice but the pancakes were good, I loved the fruit and cereal, coffee. It was nice a secure, keeping people from entering building without card key, all staff very friendly.

    Everything was great ...the only negative thing was not being informed about the 100 Deposit taken off the credit card for each room ...I would have liked to be informed that the deposit was being charged when we reserved the room...to be better prepared for this charge...

    There are many reasons for that not recommend the Hotel

    There are many reasons for that not recommend the Hotel - Issue of Cockroach and mosquitoes - Air conditioning was spreading bad smell so my son was stuck cold and coughed. - Cleanness was not up to marked mentioned photos on the site - So I could not recommend this property
