I had a fantastic stay at The Dagny, and I have to highlight the exceptional service I received from Ramy Chebbo at the front desk. I was greeted with a beautiful smile upon check-in and was lucky enough to have him assist with my smooth checkout as well—talk about full-circle service! Ramy made the whole process seamless and welcoming, and I was thrilled to receive an upgraded room. It was absolutely lovely—spacious, with a cozy lounge area, a separate bathroom, and all the comfort you’d want for a relaxing stay. The Dagny is stylish, well-located, and truly elevated by staff like Ramy who make guests feel genuinely cared for. I’ll definitely be back!

Everything was superb. The staff, the breakfast on the terrace, our diner in the Portuguese restaurant, coctails at the Long Bar. The concierge was great as well, in service and communiation by whatsapp. When we left we were asked what could be improved and we could not come up with one single thing. Excellent.

Beautiful hotel. Super comfortable room, big bed and bathroom, amazing à la carte breakfast. I got to try some of the main dishes, and they were delicious. The staff was very friendly, and they helped me with everything. Love how quiet it was, despite being very busy with a lot of guess.
