What a fabulous base for a stay in Yosemite - it is RIGHT in the heart of the National Park, very quiet and on 30 mins drive to Yosemite Village. The Apartment was lovely, very clean, everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable in every room! We had a fully fitted kitchen to prepare our braekfast in and a fantastic balcony to enjoy sitting outside on, and TV and pool table to keep yourselves amused! We really couldn't have found anywhere better.

The staff were abusive, unprofessional and threatening. The guy checking us in ‘pulled the finger’ on us because we took to long finding our luggage tag. we weren’t expecting 5 star service but also didn’t expect to be abused on several occasions

Yosemite is the most beautiful place ever.

Yosemite is the most beautiful place ever. Hiking, biking and photography are awesome. Since Covid and change in concessionaire food quality has dropped. Little options for variety if you stay for more than two days. Shuttle was not running. We hiked 6 miles each day.

I loved that you could walk to so many beautiful sites from Yosemite Village. We walked every day to water falls, mirror lake, or just in the vicinity. We never got in our car during the 5 night stay. We went in March - off season and was treated to no crowds, cold but beautiful days with some sunshine, and snow on the day before our departure. It was perfect.

Excellent staff, can't think of a better location. We visited while snow was on the ground and few visitors were there due to COVID restrictions, but the staffing and accommodations were in place as one would expect--no cutting of corners.

I didn’t had the chance to visit the property due to weather conditions. I contacted the reception and manager of the lodge, trying to get help and get a partial refund (not completely, as I know there is a policy) but: 1. Communication with the Lodge is super difficult. 2. The manager was helpless. 3. The manager cares more about the business rather than the customers and their concerns. (He didn’t understand we are the business) 4. Unexpected situations like weather are not important for the hotel. So be careful when you book it.

Location is excellent. beautiful views from many areas in the hotel - including our room! So tastefully decorated, magnificent design of the hotel/facilities overall - to blend in with the environment. Great to have various food options, and everything we had was delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
