It was our first visit to Uruguay and the staff on reception were so kind and helpful. They patiently and with smiles assisted in any request we had. Hotel has an excellent location near the river in the vicinity of the shopping center and some good restaurants. The room was spacious with a view on the river. Breakfast was good, as well.

Very tastefully decorated - everything was beautifully done, including the porcelain in China at breakfast. The beds were very comfortable, the quality of the towels were amazing. The shampoo and body lotion was great. It was absolutely a beautiful hotel. The staff were extremely welcoming, helpful, friendly, really great state. I only regret we didn’t have more time so we could enjoy it more. Breakfast was incredibly fresh varied and very high-quality products. Definitely the best breakfast we had in Uruguay . The hotel is located in the old town of the city where there’s a lot of culture, beautiful architecture, and great Wine Bar called VITIS. We walked around at night and had no problem and really enjoyed the authentic feel of this historical Neighbourhood.

It is wonderful because attentive, conscientious, responsive employees work here, and the hotel management resolves any issues in favor of the guests. The rooms in this hotel are clean, comfortable, good beds, pillows, and most importantly it is quiet. A cot is provided for small children. The rooms have everything you need to prepare the dishes you are used to and that you love. The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, and soap. We stayed here with our family, 2 adults 4 children. Everyone was happy and we will definitely come back here again. I love when business works for people!
