The weather was 80 degrees every day. The beaches had very few people. Since it was shoulder season, a lot of restaurants were closed, so there were not a lot of choices for eating out. So we cooked in quite often. With a car, it was easy to access other close by, quiet beaches. If you like quiet, uncrowded beaches, this is for you. The location was great and was as advertised. However I felt the photos online were deceiving - on arrival the hotel looked tired and the rooms and spaces only confirmed that first impression.
