The hotel is very nice and the staff working there are polite and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean and have everything you need to enjoy your stay. The location is a bit far from the old town, but it is within walking distance or it is very easy and economical to grab a taxi. Actually, the hotel is in a modern part of the city so it is practical if you need to change your money in a bank or grab something from the store And free airport transfer is definitely a nice convenience. All in all, I I couldnt't have picked a better hotel for my stay in Samarkand.

It was very new property and beautifully furnished. Our family room was on the 3rd floor and it was very comfortable and spacious Bedrooms are large and gave lounge sofas and a balcony. The host was very hospitable and very caring towards the needs of our elderly parents. They arranged a bedroom on a lower floor ( since there is no elevator) and even let them rest past checkout time until it was time for our train. Breakfast is a nice spread- uzbek traditional breakfast.

This hotel was truly one of the best I’ve stayed in. The location is unbeatable—set inside a beautiful park where no cars are allowed, making it incredibly peaceful. My room was right next to the sidewalk, yet I didn’t hear a thing—noise isolation is excellent. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, and I really mean exceptionally—they went above and beyond from the moment I arrived. The hotel is spotless and tastefully decorated, and that’s obvious as soon as you walk in. My room was perfect: immaculately clean and incredibly comfortable. There are plenty of cafés and restaurants just a short walk away, and if you need a taxi, you can reach a pickup point within five minutes. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality stay.

Everything. It was about 20 meters from the Registan. It was spacious, very clean, and offered an excellent breakfast. But the best part were the receptionists, who did a fantastic job helping us with transportation and everything else. I've never seen such kind people. We couldn't find a train from Samarkand to Tashkent because we had to book in advance, and they managed to find us a taxi at a reasonable price. And after two days, they still contacted me to check if the trip had gone well and if there had been any problems. I was speechless with their kindness. I can't wait to return. Hugs to all of you.

This is a new building, and you see it in everything. Clean, comfortable rooms, great bed. Wonderfull bathroom. And breakfast (buffet) is served with care! Special thanks to the helpfull man at the reception! The area is very safe , and good restaurants nearby!

Surprise! The rooms and facilities actually look like they do in the pictures. The hotel is practically new and has been open for a month. The family that operate and own it has put a lot of love into the interior. The hotel is in a busy area. However, as it is in a back courtyard, the rooms are still quite quiet. The atmosphere is family-like and the breakfast was better than expected. Friendly and relaxed. We felt very comfortable.

The breakfast was full of variety with ample quantity of food and drinks. Overall satisfied with the ambience, cleanliness and servings. The hotel is new and beautiful, and the rooms are equipped nicely. The best part of this hotel is the staff and their attitude.
