The place is amazing! Owner Alik and his prettiest doggy Misha are endlessly friendly. The place was very easy to find with google maps. The view from the terrace is something else. Breakfast was well staffed with porridge, eggs, fruits more than enough. Also, near by there's a nice place for dinners with fresh fish.

We had a truly wonderful time in the mountains. The dacha was cozy, peaceful, and surrounded by breathtaking nature. It was the perfect escape from the city — quiet mornings, fresh air, and incredible views all around. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. Our host was very helpful, and tried to help in every way. There food was good and you could also order something during the day for lunch or dinner. Internet was good, there is a mini market very close to the accommodation.

We had an incredible stay. We came as a family and had more than enough space for all three of us. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with everything we needed for a barbecue. The 'tapchan' is lovely, it's hidden under a roof along with the grill, a fireplace to cook on, a television (right in front of the outdoor tapchan), and a table. We spent most of our time in the shade in the tapchan when it was sunny, and if we wanted to, we could easily take a dip in the pool or enjoy the birds and flowers in the garden. The house is well stocked, with a kitchen (fridge and all utensils available), the rooms clea n, the bathroom nice and big with a sauna that the hosts will happily help you use for a small fee. A short walk from the house there is a small shop that the hosts help manage, along with a beautiful park where you can hike. It's also a short 20-30 minute walk to the cable car to reach the top of small Chimgan, with several lovely places to eat samsa and drink tea.
