Fantastic stay -- clean, modern room. Spotless bathroom. Rare to find a hotel at this price point with a gym. Extremely helpful and accommodating staff. A number of restaurants/eateries close by, including one open until 3 AM right next door.

My first impression of the hostel was uninspiring, and I thought I'd regret it. Cleaning was underway at reception, and the receptionist met me in the courtyard. I enjoyed the staff's interactions and their friendly attitude toward guests (there were only four guests—the hotel had just opened). The pleasant receptionist made me coffee and offered me cookies. I wish this hostel success; they truly love their hotel and their guests.

I came from Turkey with my family and stayed in Granat Residence. We liked it very much. The villa is clean, new and beautiful. Location is perfect – only 5 minutes to airport and also very close to city center. Kitchen has everything, terraces are very spacious and kids loved it!
