BRAND NEW hotel. Everything was new. Manager very young kid was very polite and helpful. Despite his age, he made our stay AMAZING. We loved that breakfast was brought to our room. Breakfast was really good and big. Staff really made their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Great host, friendly, and dropped us off to the station at an unearthly hour for free, without charge. That should count for all the stars one can give. From the inside, the apartment is spacious and well fitted. The kitchen was tricky to operate due to a malfunction with the cooker. The apartment block is next to a major motorway crossing, so busy with over excited drivers, speeding like there is no tomorrow. It was dry, dusty, and a construction site for the local University buildings. So once this is complete and the back roads are tarmacked, it will be better. There are no lights in the building common areas, although Uzbekistan is very safe.

I loved staying here. Small hotel/guest house run by a little family. The children also help out as they are off school for summer. The hostess who is the mother of the children was so kind. I was the only guest during my stay there but as soon as I checked out, they had more people coming. Breakfast was so good! She'd make it fresh for me every morning. Her and her daughter would chat to me in the mornings. What a lovely, kind family. Some of the kindest people I met. They also helped me book a taxi to the train station as we couldn't find any taxis to take me there. Hotel room was clean, and very comfortable, and cool inside. Hotel is located within a safe neighbourhood and right near the central area, only two to three min walk. When I would walk through the neighbourhood to get to the hotel, all the locals would smile and say hello or salam. I walked through there in the night time and as a female solo traveller, i felt safe. What a lovely area.

We recently stayed at this amazing hotel and were thoroughly impressed. The host were incredibly welcoming and always ensured our comfort. Aziz, the friendly receptionist, perfectly spoke English and was very helpful. Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city. During our trip through Uzbekistan we stayed in several accommodations, all of which were carefully chosen ,but this one exceeded all expectations. This place is very close to the city centre and to all the major attractions. Just a minute's walk to reach Lyabi Khause Square. The hosts were amazing. Samirbek and his Mother were the best of all hosts. Samirbek was always there to help me with restaurants, attractions, and anything I needed, ensuring I truly enjoyed my stay. They even packed breakfast for me on the third day to eat on the train. Highly recommended!.
