La Charm is ideally located, about 5-10 minutes walk to the centre and An Hoi island. The rooms were nice, bed huge and comfortable. Small gym, but enough equipment to make it worthwhile. Staff were delightful, highly attentive and professional. I can't speak highly enough about them. Thank you. The price was very reasonable for the overall experience.

Hosts are extremely friendly and puts in 101% effort to make us feel comfortable and at home from the minute you arrive. They provide you with a small map of Hoi An and walk you through recommendations for food, shopping and other activities. - it is close by the old city center, just 5 Min walk - tasty and a good choice for breakfast - free tea and coffee all day long - free umbrellas to borrow - 24 hour reception - and of course the super friendly and everytime helpful staff. Henry and Jenny were always there when we had a question. Thank you so much! As well for the present we received during checkout ☺️ - free walking tour with Cindy was very interesting. Highly recommended!

I stayed three nights in Hoi An and the hotel was one of the best in Vietnam. The people are friendly from the moment you get off the bus until you leave. The staff is very kind. The room is very comfortable and the hotel in general is very clean. I didn't use the pool but it looked great. They allowed me to store my luggage and even take a shower before taking the night bus. I would definitely stay here again as it has been one of the best accommodations in Vietnam.
