We really enjoyed this hotel. It started with allowing us an early check in …we really appreciated it after not getting any sleep on a night bus. The room was spacious with a lovely view of the mountains. The breakfast was amazing with so many choices. I loved the rooftop pool! The staff were always helpful and organised my ticket to get the cable car up to the top of Fansipan and explained how to get there. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The very clean Hotel is quite situated very close to the center with a nice few to the lake. Kim the Manager /Owner with his team is very nice and helpful by planning your time in Sa Pa. A great place to stay. Hospitality and a very good Breakfast Buffet where you can order fresh egg dishes to. For sure a place to back again. Thanks Kim and your team.

Started with great lobby which served by welcome hotel staff, garden view entering the room, fantastic interior, room was awesome with fansipan view, cafe qas really great view and panoramic at night, all facilities here are worthed for value. Staff was very friendly. We had some confusion with booking (compleatly our fault) but they made their best to help us. Specially Mayu who welcomed us ar the reception- she helped us with anything we asked for! Rooms were clean, spacious. View was amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at Bamboo Sapa Hotel. The room with a mountain view was absolutely breathtaking — waking up to such a view was unforgettable. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared. The breakfast was delicious and very varied, with plenty of options to choose from.
